(The) Discredited DJ wishes to re-point out that: these are "Mixes" and this is the supposed work of a DJ. He also thinks these low quality samples of his mixes are a justifiable form of publicity for his performances. How else could an eventual "booker" book if he can't hear what he's in for? It is also pointed out to you that this is the only form of publication used. CD's of these mixes will not be made by (The) Discredited DJ or anyone related to this project.
(The) Discredited DJ doesnt wish for the mixes on this site to be found via any P2P type programmes (LIMEWIRE, EMULE etc etc....) If you download one or more of the mixes to your hard disk then please put them into one of your folders that is not shared if you use this type of programme. (The) Discredited DJ wishes to point out the illegal nature of P2P programmes if used for downloading "most" audio & or video files. Legal sites such as "itunes" offer a good deal without the eventual hassles you could incur downloading via P2P etc. Better still there are still things called "Record Shops" where they sell CD's... This is really cool as you get the music in a nice box with the original art-work and no limits on the number of times you can listen to the tracks. In France at the time of writing (2006/2007) we are allowed by law to make "one" back up copy of any purchased CD, (The) Discredited DJ however is not sure this law applies in any other country and advises you to check this out in the country you are currently living in.
(The) Discredited DJ hopes that if you ever hear one of your tracks in a mix... you will be over the moon, after all imagine the coverage you've been getting "nearly" free of charge, meaning it's (The) Discredited DJ who has been paying the website hosting and bandwidth costs to promote your tunes... If you "are" an artist and find one or more of "your" tracks in any of the mixes, check out the "Homework" page, if you have a web site and your link is not on the page but would like it to be please submit your link via the "Contact/Feedback form" on the "Contact pages"
(The) Discredited DJ believes DJ'S sell records!!
(The) Discredited DJ hopes the mixes and the music selected within them will please and inspire the listener.
